Not at all. You will be welcomed with respect and without judgment, no matter how long it has been since your last visit. We will simply begin by assessing your current oral health and determining the next steps with you.
You can ask your previous clinic to send us your X-rays and any relevant information from your dental record. Our team can also guide you through the process.
Our team can welcome you in either English or French. Simply let us know your preferred language when booking your appointment.
Your first appointment is generally a little longer and allows us to thoroughly assess your oral health. Your dental hygienist will open your file and complete a comprehensive assessment. Depending on your needs, intraoral X-rays and a panoramic X-ray may be taken. Additional X-rays may also be required if you are experiencing pain. Your dental hygienist will then perform a cleaning, including scaling and polishing. The dentist will complete a comprehensive examination, discuss the findings with you and, when necessary, present a personalized treatment plan.
Yes. We place great importance on punctuality and organize our schedule to keep waiting times to a minimum. Because an emergency may occasionally cause a slight delay, our team will always do its best to keep you informed.

We always do our best to see patients with dental emergencies as quickly as possible during clinic hours. Contact us as soon as possible so our team can assess the situation and offer you the most appropriate appointment time.
A first visit generally lasts 90 minutes, while a routine cleaning takes approximately 60 minutes. Restorative appointments average 45 minutes, and consultations generally last 30 minutes. The exact length may vary depending on your needs.
We ask that you arrive approximately five minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to check in.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment so we can offer the time to another patient.
To maintain a calm, private and safe environment in our treatment rooms, only patients are generally permitted. An exception may be made when a support person is needed for medical or mobility reasons, or to accompany a child.
Yes, our fees follow the fee guide published by the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec.
Yes. When permitted by your insurance provider, we submit your claim electronically so you only have to pay the portion that is not covered. We can also submit estimates to your insurer for certain more complex treatments. The amount reimbursed will depend on your insurance plan.

We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
